2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons took away son of the informant and thereafter, on search, informant came to know that co-accused Chhotu Mahto committed his murder by running tractor over him and later on, the accused persons disappeared his dead body.

4. In view of the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
