2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

3. From reading of the F.I.R., it appears that the petitoenr has relationship with the victim. Petitioner is in jail since 04.01.2024.

4. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant both have vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-Vi-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S.
