The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 180 of 2014 registered under Sections 376, 511 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the inordinate and unexplained delay of three days in instituting the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, who is reported to be a man of clean antecedent, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
