The name of petitioner appears to have come in confessional statement of Raju Patel and except the confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that coaccused Raju Patel has already been granted privilege of bail by the learned court below itself.
