The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 429/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners due to earlier enmity put poison in the fishery pond of the informant, as a result the informant suffers a loss of Rs. 4,00,000/-. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners have land with the informant, hence suspicion has been raised and none have seen the petitioners putting poison in the pond. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3325 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri A.K. Gupta, J.M., Ist Class, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
