Although this application has been filed by the State through the Executive Engineer for modification of the order dated 09.10.2015 passed in CWJC No. 15225 of 2015 whereby the writ petition was disposed of granting protection to the petitioner for a period of six weeks within which he was required to approach the tribunal for pursuing his grievance, but it is stated at the bar by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the writ petitioner that following the disposal, the petitioner has already approached the tribunal and appropriate application has been filed which also has

Patna High Court MJC No.2940 of 2015 (3) dt.14-09-2016 been responded to by the State. He submits that the pleadings are complete and the matter is pending final adjudication. In that view of the matter, I find no necessity to keep this modification application pending which is accordingly disposed of.
