1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the termination of his services from the post of Panchayat Teacher vide order dated 19.07.2018.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that District Teachers Appellate Authority has been constituted under Rule 18 of the 2006 Rules and the same is functional in the District of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4534 of 2019(6) dt.14-12-2023 2/2 Begusarai.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has not approached the District Teachers Appellate Authority, the present writ application is disposed with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Begusarai within a period of one month.

5. It is made clear that if the appeal is filed within thirty days, alongwith condonation of delay petition, the District Teachers Appellate Authority shall pass an order in accordance with law within a reasonable time period.
