The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamhora P.S. Case No.80 of 2015 registered under Sections 414 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 2(E), 3(8), 15/18 of the Mahua Flower Act.
It is contended that there is no allegation that any stolen article was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The further contention is that the petitioner is a driver and had no concern with the pick up van and seized Mahua Flower. It has also been contended that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has got roots in the society. He is not likely to

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, who is said to be in custody since 29th September, 2015, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Jamhora P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015.
