Petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to review the official answer of two questions of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) December, 2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that the model answers of two questions are wrong. The petitioner has filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.3999 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 representation before the authority for changing the answers. This court cannot direct the C.B.S.E to change the model answers which have been put on NET after proper verification from the text book but at the same time, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within one month from the date of receipt of this order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
