2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's son has taken admission in Commercial Pilot Licence at Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Academy, Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. He submits that under the scheme, the State Government provide 40% scholarship, but in the instant case the respondent authorities are sitting tight over the matter and despite the petitioner's son has applied for scholarship, no decision one way or the other has been taken as yet. 3 Considering the fact that the application for scholarship was submitted in 2016, the Court directs respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.17660 of 2016(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 no.2 to take appropriate decision on the claim of the son of the petitioner in the light of their own policy decision as the son of the petitioner belongs to Backward Class category and he is entitled to scholarship of 40%. The course involves huge expenditure and as such timely help is required, so that the petitioner's son may complete course without any financial constraint.

4. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondents within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
