This is an application praying for modification of the order dated 12.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54818 of 2018, whereby the petitioner along with six other persons were granted anticipatory bail on surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated period due to the fact that she was suffering from jaundice and prays for extension of time.

Considering the aforesaid, the time granted for surrender before the court below by order dated 12.12.2018 is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12212 of 2019(2) dt.14-03-2019 2/2 extended up to 3rd April, 2019. The other condition for grant of anticipatory bail stipulated under Section 438(2), Cr PC shall remain same.

With the aforesaid, this application stands allowed and the order dated 12.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54818 of 2018 is modified to the above extent.
