The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 406, 409, 34 of the IPC. Vide order dated 21.04.2022, petitioners were granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court and case diary was called for.

I perused the case diary. At para-47, no objection has been given by the concerned Authority that the work has been completed by the petitioners.

Considering the same, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 21.04.2022, in connection with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20344 of 2021(5) dt.18-08-2022 2/2 Ramnagar P.S. Case No.25 of 2020, is hereby confirmed, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
