The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No.117 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 167, 467, 468, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(d) of the I. T. Act, 2020.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already surrendered in the court below. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
