Taking into consideration that 75 Ltrs. of Mahua liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the Petitioner, and the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 6.8.2015, let him be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Md. Manjoor Alam, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rosera, Distt. Samastipur, in connection with Excise Case No. 13 of 2015.
