The petitioner is accused in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 135 of 2015, registered under Sections 392 & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has been surfaced in the confessional statement of one Munna Das having hand in the present case, except that there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present case. Further submission is that, in fact, petitioner is accused in six other cases out of which he is enlarged on bail in five cases, but due to that reasons, Police implicated the petitioner in the present case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2460 of 2017 (2) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 showing the name of the petitioner in the confessional statement of co-accused Munna Das.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-I, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No.135 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
