Petitioner was made accused in a case, which was registered in the year, 2002 and was subsequently, granted bail but in the year, 2006, his bail bond was cancelled, as he failed to appear before the concerned court. The petitioner was declared absconder on 07-05-2012 but subsequently, he surrendered before the court below on 05-10-2015 and since then, he is languishing in jail custody.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57153 of 2015 (2) dt.18-12-2015 like amount each in connection with A.P.M. P.S. Case No. 45 of 2002 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.
