JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-05-2017 The petitioner has filed this writ application for issuance of appropriate direction to the respondent authorities to release the vehicle of the petitioner bearing Highway Dumper No. BR24G/1185 which has been seized in connection with Shivsagar P.S. Case No.254 of 2015, a case under the provisions of the Forest Act. The prayer of the petitioner for release of the vehicle is pending before the A.C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram. A report was called for from the learned court below regarding reason for non-disposal of the aforesaid petition. The report dated 04.04.2017 reveals that due to absence of the petitioner the petition is still pending.
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1293 of 2016 dt.09-05-2017 The petitioner may pursue the aforesaid petition before the learned court below. Learned court below is directed to dispose of the same according to law within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
