1. Heard the parties through virtual mode.

2. Without filing an appeal in terms of Section 28 of the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board Act of 1981, writ petition has been preferred before this court assailing the order passed by the Secretary, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna dated 11.01.2020.

3. Keeping in view, the statutory provision of appeal, this Court would refrain from entertaining writ petition directly

Patna High Court CWJC No.4952 of 2020(2) dt.18-11-2022 2/2 against the order of Chairman. If so required the petitioner shall be free to file an appeal before the Special Secretary in terms of Section 28 of the Bihar State Madarsa Education Board Act of 1981.
