Petitioner is accused in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 241 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 364, 506, 307, 302, 201 and 120B of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that informant Kapildeo Yadav disclosed he name of 5 persons and two unknown but later on, after 10 days of the occurrence, the informant disclosed the name of Manish Singh of Village Harauli showing his involvement in the kidnapping and murder of his son. On that very basis, this petitioner, whose name is also Manish Kumar but he is resident of village Langarpur has been apprehended and is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56376 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 custody since 24.06.2015. It is further submitted that while the vehicle, which is said to be used in the kidnapping of the son of the informant, was recovered from the door of the uncle of the petitioner not from the door of this petitioner, which is detailed in the F.I.R. also.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Barh in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 241 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
