The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been contended that the FIR has been registered against unknown and in course of investigation nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He was remanded in the present case on 12.07.2015 but no Test Identification Parade has been held uptil now. Regard being had to nature of the offence, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56127 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015.
