This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Darpa P. S. Case No. 74 of 2016 registered for offences under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (A) / 34 (A) (B) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to high handedness of the police.. It has further been submitted that in fact nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2016.
