2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 97 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 97 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74626 of 2024.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have committed dacoity and have looted Rs. 50,000/- and ATM Card.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2024.

5. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is ready to make good loss the caused to the informant and he has produced a demand draft of Rs. 50,000/-.

6. Considering the period of custody and also considering the offer of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of Sessions Judge, Katihar/concerned Court below in connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 97 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors should be the blood relative of the petitioner.

8. At the time of furnishing bail bonds, the petitioner is directed to bring a demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- in the name of the informant and the same shall be handed over to the informant by the Court below. It is made clear that if the petitioner brings demand draft of Rs. 50,000/- then only his bonds shall be accepted.

9. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10929 of 2025(3) dt.04-07-2025 3/3 Manihari Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
