Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific is alleged against the petitioners. The specific allegation is against co-accused Ashish Yadav. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 80 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
