2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 325, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code to which Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added subsequently.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted the informant, one Sikander Kumar Paswan, A.S.I and one Pankaj Kumar Das, Constable with lathi, causing severe injuries to them.
