In the present case complaint has been made that opposite party has not complied the order of this Court. In paragraph 6 of the show cause it has been mentioned that all payment has been made. It will be relevant to quote paragraph 6 of the shows cause:

"6. That it is very respectfully submitted that all payment of the writ petitioner towards Provident Fund, Group Insurance, Leave Salary, 90% of Gratuity and payment of strike period have already been paid to the writ

Patna High Court MJC No.194 of 2016 (2) dt.20-02-2017 petition, information of which has already been issued vide Memo No.85 dated 8.3.2016 of Anchal Adhikari, Tetia Bambar, District Munger and circulated among the Deputy Collector, Establishment, Munger."

In such view of the matter, there is no need to proceed with the matter. Accordingly this contempt application is dropped.
