Cr Misc No 80060 of 2019 was dismissed for noncompliance of peremptory order dated 05.12.2019 requiring the removal of one defect within a week.

It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that for reasons beyond his control and on account of inadvertence, defect was removed belatedly on 17.01.2020. Prayer is made for restoration of Cr Misc No 80060 of 2019.
