The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1. That the petitioner prefers the present writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order contained in Gyapank 609 dated 16.07.2013 issued by the Sub-Officer, Danapur as contained in Annexure-3 of the present writ petition by which the license of the shop under Public Distribution System of the petitioner has been cancelled being license no. 73/07 of Panchayat Chak Chechol, Block Naubatpur of Patna District and also for setting aside the order dated 13.08.2015 contained in memo no. 1023 passed by the Sub divisional Officer, Danapur as contained in Annexure-4 of the present writ petition on remand by the appellate authority dated 20.04.2015 in E.C.

Appeal No. 24/2013- 14 and also for any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15341 of 2018(2) dt.25-01-2024 2/2 is entitled by this Hon'ble Court."

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and efficacious remedy of filing a revision under Section 32(vi) of the Control Order 2016. The petitioner is directed to approach the Divisional Commissioner ventilating his grievance within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the revision, the Divisional Commissioner shall pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereof. It is needless to mention that before any order is passed, all the parties shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing and submit their objections. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks thereof. Any order passed shall be communicated to all the parties.

4. With the above said directions, the writ petition stand disposed off.
