Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to approach this Court with appropriate application raising the claim for refund of the money, which was kept in hold by the State Bank of India, Main Branch, Munger.

No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the appellant.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the appellant to approach this Court with appropriate application raising the claim for refund of the money, which was kept in hold by the State Bank of India, Main Branch, Munger, in future, if so advised, and/or to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
