JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2024 This petition has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 16.07.2015 passed in Jay Nagar P.S. Case No. 33 of 2004, G.R. No. 393 of 2004 by the learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani.

2. However, after some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition granting liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points, which have been taken in the present petition, before the learned Court below at the time of framing of charge /appropriate stage.
