The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/149/341/342/447/323/324/307/290/294/427/504/506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a women and is a person with clean antecedent and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that a dispute arose when DJ song was objected by the informant on which the petitioner's side came and assaulted the side of the informant. It is next alleged that this petitioner also assaulted Rupa Kumari, it is next submitted that the injury suffered by Rupa Kumari is simple in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16941 of 2023(2) dt.25-05-2023 2/2 It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 01.11.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 20667 of 2022 by a learned Coordinate Bench.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
