JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-07-2025 Heard Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel assisted by Sri Mithilesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs. Madhuri Lata, learned A.P.P for the State and Mr. Rabish Kumar, learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 499/2024, registered for offence punishable under Sections 109, 115(2), 127(1), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that he alongwith co-accused Rakesh Rai opened fire, which hit father of the informant, as a result of which, father of informant sustained fire-arm injury on the wrist of his right hand and waist. As per injury report, the nature of injury is grievous.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
