The Petitioner seeks bail in Jadopur P.S. Case No.80 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 399, 402 Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B) (a), 26/35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted that two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Seizure list is available with First Information Report, wherein, it has been mentioned that two live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, who is in custody since 15.11.2016 having no criminal antecedents.

Case No.80 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
