2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 215 of 2024, N.D.P.S. Case No. 45 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 319(2), 318(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 21(c), 22(c) and 25 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. According to F.I.R., 615 litres of codeine cough syrup, 285 ltires of Codeine Phosphate & Triprolidine Hydrochloride Syrup Eskup and 76.8 litres of Triprolidine Hydrochloride & Codeine Phosphate Syrup WISCODIN were recovered from the vehicle in which the petitioner was present.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is cleaner of the vehicle and his confessional statement shows that he was working for his master to which the learned counsel for the State has submitted that huge quantity of Psychotropic substances have been recovered from vehicle of the petitioner.

5. In my view the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of bail, accordingly, rejected.
