JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-09-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 733 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the complainant was married to son of the petitioners in the year 2016. The complainant gave birth to a female child, thereafter, the accused persons subjected her to cruelty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9958 of 2022(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 for non-fulfillment of dowry demand of rupees one lac cash and they ousted the victim from her matrimonial house. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim. They are living separately from the husband of the victim since year 2017 and they are the persons of clean antecedents. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Miss Ruby Kumari, Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Banka or concerned court in connection with Complaint Case No. 733 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
