The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Sonpur (Pahleja O.P.) P.S. Case no. 178 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.1.2021.

By filing supplementary affidavit, petitioner has stated that charges have been framed and three witnesses, namely, Ramawati Singh, Sunil Kumar Singh and Raj Kishore Mishra (informant) have been examined and none of them have identified the petitioner as assailant. Petitioner is in custody since 1.3.2020.
