JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and one Niraj Mahto assaulted the deceased by fists and slaps and so far as co-accused Manti Devi is concerned, it is stated that she assaulted the deceased by bricks. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that deceased died of injury caused by hard and blunt substance, which is caused by co-accused Manti Devi.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
