2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to demarcate land of the petitioner by measurement and installing pillars upon the land as she is bonafide purchaser of the plot no. 169 and 344, khata no. 68 and 76, area 22 2/4 decimal and 8 1⁄4 decimal respectively situated at Mauza Marchi, Thana no.22 from Mosmatt Lagni Devi wife of Late Manki Singh through registered sale deed dated 28.5.1992. petitioner had also filed an application on 4.4.2013 and also paid measurement fee of Rs.1700/- vide receipt no.438944.
3. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file fresh application before the Circle officer, Patna Sadar, Patna (respondent no.4)
Patna High Court CWJC No.1484 of 2016(3) dt.28-11-2023 2/2 within a period of six weeks from today.
4. In the event, such application is filed, respondent no.4 shall look into the matter and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the application.
5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
