One country made loaded pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 20.9.2015. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in Bettiah Town P.S.
