This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Budhuchak P.S. Case No.113 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under sections 354-B/376/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused of trying to commit the rape on the informant. He is in custody since 19.11.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
