No doubt, petitioner is in jail custody since 29.3.2014 but the petitioner appears to be assailant and, therefore, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case no. 15/2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial no. 430/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge IX, Saran at Chapra is, again, rejected.
