1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs for setting aside the letter no.7201 dated 16.9.2022 issued by Excise Commissioner, Bihar, Patna and letter contained in memo no.2059 dated 10.10.2022 issued by the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram whereby they have distributed the case under the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3435 of 2023(2) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 jurisdiction of different police station amongst the Exclusive Special Public Prosecutor, Excise, Rohtas and the newly appointed Advocate for the Bihar State Beverage Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as Corporation) in violation of the order contained in memo no.6818 dated 2.9.2022 issued by the Joint Secretary, Excise and Registration Department, Bihar, Patna."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities, for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
