JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-07-2018 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing the transfer order passed by Block Development Officer, Bokhra-cum-Secretary, Block Employment Unit Bokhra, Sitamarhi through memo No.249 dated 25.4.2017 contained in Annexure-3 of the present writ application by which Block Development Officer, Bokhra illegally transferred respondent No.9 from Middle School Siyari, Bokhara, Sitamarhi to Middle School Garhaul Yadav Tol Bokhra, Sitamarhi.
