The following relief has been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application.
'1. That the present petition is being preferred for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions by issuing the writ of mandamus to the concerned authorities for proper consideration to his claim for regularization of his service on the basis of long continuation against respective post and payment of due entitlement as wages for the period already been worked and for the other necessary relief/reliefs to the basis of the facts and circumstances of the case as an enumerated and started hereinafter.'
Patna High Court CWJC No.21262 of 2014(2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 Considering the relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, as also, representations being pending, the Respondent No.2 i.e. The Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra, P.O.+P.S.+District Chapra is directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 22.08.2014, 13.09.2014, 13.10.2014 (Annexure-6 series to the present writ application), in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of this order.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
