JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2019 At the very outset, submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that by mistake he has filed Annexure-3, which is a order of other criminal case, as such he is permitted to remove the same.
This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner no.1 is of firing upon the informant and petitioner no.2 is also named in the F.I.R. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the informant is in habit of lodging such type of cases and

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 8th Arah, Bhojpur, in connection with Agiaon Bazar P.S.
