The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.528 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have cheated a sum of Rs. 21,62,700/- from the informant including 48 persons along with other co-accused persons. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner is a customer of the company and himself is victim of criminal

No.13961 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 breach of trust and misappropriation of money from the side of company, for which, before registering the present FIR, he has already sent two legal notices with other depositors. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 27.07.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.528 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
