The petitioner, Ansarul Haque @ Tantan, who is in custody in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S. Case No.116 of 2015 under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326(a)/34 IPC and Section 12 of POSCO Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR as accused. The only allegation is that the wife of this petitioner is getting treated the informant. On the other hand, the learned A.P.P. objected the prayer for bail.

From perusal of the FIR, it appears that the only allegation is against Nuri Khatoon and Baba Alam only. This petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55588 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 said to be the Mausa of the informant.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist. Addl. Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mahila P. S. Case No. 116 of 2015.
