ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No.211 of 2015 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 448, 323, 504, 506, 380 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the specific allegation of taking away of Rs.50,000/- from the Godrej almirah is against one Dhiraj Kumar and also snatching of golden chain is against one Subhjit alias Chhote. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is no specific allegation against him.

No.3790 of 2016 (2) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also that fact that said Dhiraj Kumar has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No.47606 of 2015, vide order dated 22.1.2016 and also that the present petitioner is having no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Sheikhpura, in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No.211 of 2015, G.R. No.663/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
