The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is Fuffa of the deceased, let above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pravinkumar/- U
