The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 342, 354, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the petitioners and others were taking photograph of the girls of the informant side which was protested by the informant and photographs were deleted from the mobile. Subsequently while returning from the river embankment the accused persons stopped the bus of the informant side, made assault to the informant and his family
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3486 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 members and snatched the mobile and spectacles of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for petty dispute the accusation has been levelled and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 152 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gaya.
