It would appear from submissions, advanced on behalf of petitioner that except confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent of petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover, one co-accused namely, Pradeep Srivastava, against whom there is allegation of recovery, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
